Will easily keep little ones entertained for a couple of hours. Some stairs but lifts are available. Quite a bit of walking but lovely to see the old building. I went midweek in term time and it was not busy at all. Restaurant has some food items you do not expect to have chocolate in. Such as chocolate mash potato. Plenty of high chairs. Toilets spread around the tour. Some savings can be had in the shop, mainly in the bulk buy. All the staff that interacted with me were happy and outwardly positive. Cost is subjective. Grab a voucher if you can. I'm a tightwad, so it could always be cheaper :)
