*NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HYUNDAI WINNIPEG*

*NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HYUNDAI WINNIPEG*

Hello readers,

I am writing this so everyone is aware of how Winnipeg Hyundai treated a co-worker, a friend, and a new Canadian immigrant. More specifically how the sales manager (Sam Malquest) treated my co-worker. At this dealership we were treated with not only rude and ignorant service. My co-worker was also lied too. They acted in a disrespectful manner, and tried to scam a new Canadian immigrants trying to make it by in our beautiful city/country. A man who I am working with, who has been enduring the harsh cold winters of Winnipeg has been seeking to buy a car. Please note that he has only been in Canada for about 3-4 months. Unaware of some of our western culture procedures, he went to go check out a used vehicle at this dealership. He was presented with not only incorrect facts, but was then lied to. He was lied to about the history of ownership and the history of accidents. Luckily enough he did not have banking set up that day, but unfortunately had to put a deposit down on it. The next day he approached me and another employee with the car fax (car history). This is when we had noticed something was not right. At this point in time, he did not want to continue with process of purchasing the vehicle. Considering this was not the vehicle him and the sales representative discussed. At this point he was declined his deposit back. Throughout this entire process he has been treated rude and disrespectfully. It is embarrassing as a Canadian that people like this paint how people see our City, and worse, our Country.

As a Canadian we need to support people coming to our country. As it is a big transition for anyone. On a business note, should we not value the customers support and dedication? Especially before having a needless argument over $500. Not to mention he didn't want that ONE car. They did not try to put him behind the wheel of another car, they were simply rude, and ignorant.

I hope my friends and family can help me support my coworker in never supporting this business, EVER!
