This is one of the worst places to pick up. Trucks everywhere, no one knows when their turn is, you don't know when yours will be. Why give appointments when it's FCFS? All you get is a "we'll call you" after hours of waiting. Sure enough, after sitting here for hours with ten other drivers, here comes another truck more local to the area and he's straight in a door. FCFS my @$$. Absolute waste of time and money at Smitty's Supply-NEVER AGAIN!
