I had my 05 Super Duty in for normal service and by the way check the tailgate latch because it was sticking. She called and said I needed a new $400.00 tailgate! STOPPP!!!! I got it home and put some wd40 on it and its been perfect ever since!! Wouldnt any mechanic try that first????? Nice---Not to mention the other litany of problems I've had with my ext. warranty thru them. Never again!
