I just wanted to say thank you for the courtesy call I received today from Karen. I had some bizarre issues with my order and I had to contact customer service for them to investigate the problem. They took care of issue, and my order was still received within 2 weeks of initially placing my order. Thank you for all the professionalism handling my order, and the follow up call was just icing on the cake!
