Awful experience, and have only just joined on the recent Black Friday deal, which I now regret, and am just looking for a full refund, to then part ways.

After agreeing terms on which the product would be bought (which were a set payment structure over a set period of time), they wrongfully charged my card for the whole amount instead.

This put us over our limit, and has given us cashflow issues. After calling them to rectify, they only managed to refund part of the difference in the amount which was wrongfully taken from us.

Once questioned, and when I then sent our cancellation email, they decided to blame me, as apparently the other refund due to us was registered under two separate accounts.

They proceeded to state that as we hadn't told them they are two separate accounts, there was no way for them to know. But what they failed to state, was that we didn't request for two separate accounts to be set up.

After this, they have tried to inaccurately state that the purchase is non-refundable. I have kindly asked them to refund the whole amount, so we can part ways amicably.

Let's see what happens, but our opinion of Entrepreneur's Circle, will unfortunately still stand.
