I made the mistake of arranging the car service through a package with Hotwire. There were 4 travellers so I was booked 2 car (the cars only hold 3 passengers) I called three times to change the reservation to 1 larger vehicle. This was a complete disaster it took over 3 hours and I was charged an additional $8.00 from the airport to hotel and an additional $20.00 from the hotel to the airport ????? . The fee was already $168.00 which in the end was extremely high for the service we received. The 1st driver was excellent - vehicle was clean and he was very professional. The 2nd driver was RUDE on all levels. First he came to the hotel (on time) with the wrong name on the pick up card - small mini-van - relatively clean but adequate. The first thing he wanted to know was how we were going to pay his TIP as we prepaid for the car. The entire trip he was speaking on his personal cell phone. Once we arrived at the airport we removed our bags from the vehicle and my husband gave him a tip - his comment was IS THAT ALL. I would think twice in the future about using this company.
