No quality control in the kitchen today. Two, not one but two, shrimp apps we had were so overcooked that they were rubbery like a tire... had to share with the server.

Here s the thing, if the kitchen screws up, comp the plate, don t bring the manager over and have him offer a 50% discount. It s not worth making the customer think you are that petty and even more so don t care about risking the loss of a return customer.

Ridiculous Mulate s.... Simply Utterly Ridiculous.
