I have had a wonderful experience here at Insight, my trainer Bilal has been great. I go usually 3 sometimes 4 days a week, he is flexible and lets me come whatever time I need. He texts to make sure anything new we have done did not over work me, and makes sure my pain issues do not increase. He s easy to work with and very helpful! Love coming to Insight!
