They don t tell you when you re setting up your appointment or during the confirmation call that you can t bring a purse or phone with you! Who is expected to reimburse me for my ride and time especially since I wasn t able to see the doctor due to your ignorant high school rules???!!! Pure Ignorance at it s best! You should have a better system (maybe lockers) for people so they aren t getting more frustrated since they are already there to handle something possibly stressful!!
