I just bought a Fiat 500x, I have to thank Luca Delli Ponti for the professionalism, clarity and kindness, he has been able to put at ease the whole family and to provide the best solution. Mrs. Marta Grazia was amazing in assisting me to collect the car and Mr. Mario Brescia was very kind and professional during the delivery of the car. The only drawback is the lack of communication from the time of ordering the car to delivery despite an email saying that we would be constantly in touch. Waiting times were around 2 and a half months, but we know this is not attributable to the dealership but rather to the manufacturer. Very pleasant even after sales service with the involvement of Mr Brescia to check we were happy with the vehicle and home delivery of a small gift made sure that we did not hear us only a number.
