The location is great. The price is reasonable for Miami beach. Tamara is awesome! She was able to change the room we didn't like so we got much better room with ocean view and balcony. Also Tamara gave the little present for our kids with toys and candy. You can use their beach towels and umbrella from the lobby. Beach is very close just around 150 feet. We had great vacation in Miami Beach
