I have taken out a data contract on Saturday 31 Oc...

I have taken out a data contract on Saturday 31 October 2015 which was meant to be activated on the 1st November 2015. To date the sim card has not been activated and no one answers the phone at the store. I am in Pretoria so cannot come to the store to enquire what the problem is. The Telkom call centre cannot help as they say the card has not been registered yet. Please can you respond and give me proper contact details so I can speak to someone to resolve this.
