I haven't gotten to the room yet, but the cafeter...

I haven't gotten to the room yet, but the cafeteria is filthy at 3 p.m., as are lobbies and halls. I fully expect to get the automated "please contact us" response that everyone else has gotten. EDIT: 7 months later, still no response.
