I think that some of these reviews are rather hars...

I think that some of these reviews are rather harsh! Remember the more flexible a candidate is, the more likely they are to get work. If you demand that you can only work on a Tuesday in a reception class 2 miles away from where you live, your chances of getting work are quite slim.

There's pros and cons to supply work but I think I'd rather drive across the other side of the city to a school, do a good job and still leave at a decent hour and be able to go home and relax, than have a permanent role, 2 minutes from my house where I have to arrive at 7am and leave at 6pm because I have lots of marking, planning, assessments plus a million other things to do!

I guess what I am trying to say is you can't please everyone ! Don't be put off by the Teacher-Diva comments on here! Give Now a go!
