Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Slowness in distributing books for loan.
Too much buttercracy that makes you lose whole days of study / work.
Not even a bottle of water can be brought inside, as well as photocopies and own books (if present in the library, a copy).
Turnstiles exist for users ONLY, employees use side exits to go to the bar.
The phones in the dining room are ringing constantly, disturbing users who look at themselves in amazement.
Times worthy of the provincial village but not of a National library in the capital!
If I wasn't forced, I would never go!
