My wife Kate and I both attended a SheBirths weekend in February 2021. The resources are invaluable and we left the course feeling way more confident about the birth experience. Not only did it provide an alternative approach to birthing backed up by theory, it was also very rich in practical tips which were particularly helpful on the D-Day. Highly recommended.
