Quanity over quality is expected from the employee...

Quanity over quality is expected from the employees so the parts that get sent out to the manufacturer will most often not be in spec with measurements which leads to poorly made parts and a very low quality firearm. The work environment is very unsafe, causing many employees to regualary cough from inhaling metal dust buildup from the roof of the older buildings in the factory such as building # 1, #2 # and 3 . Clumps of dust will fall down on your head and shoulders as you are trying to work which doesn t help when you are already inhaling the dust from wheeling your parts on the buffer wheels . They also reuse the coolant from the verticals to the lathes which will cause the ph balance to be off causing severe skin rashes on the employees. I hope that this company gets a overhaul and new owner along with new management and supervisors because it needs it and hope that the employees get better treatment here in the future
