Don't ever work in the housekeeping department at Unity Point Health Grinnell. The housekeeping supervisor plays favorites and doesn't treat all of her employees fairly. I was constantly being bullied by the housekeeping supervisor and my coworkers. My attendance was good and I did a good job cleaning the area I was in charge of. Unfortunately, none of that mattered when it was all said and done. Do yourself a favor and don't work in the housekeeping department at Unity Point Health Grinnell.
