The reason I am giving 2 stars is that the service aspect met our expectations and went well. Our lease was coming to a close so my husband went in to talk about buying the vehicle. We had originally put down a large amount of money on the vehicle with the intention of buying it at the end of the lease. It became very apparent that the salesman did not want us to purchase the vehicle we had. He wanted to lease us a new one. This was the second BMW we have owned and the second time we were screwed under on a lease. Our vehicle was kept in cherry condition and maintained perfectly. It had 3000 more miles on it than the lease allowed and they wanted $3000 to turn it in or buy it out, plus a down payment, and the payments were going to be more for this 3 year old vehicle than we had been making to the tune of about $300 more per month. This was not what we had expected! The attitude was as my husband described it "we are privileged to drive their car" SO WE WENT TO LEXUS. Got what we wanted there with the terms we wanted and are very satisfied.
