I purchased a 2016 Q5 Premium Plus. I would like to recognize and highlight the personalized attention provided to me by the General Manager, Mr. Mark Campagnano. He went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I was completely satisfied in every way possible with my new vehicle. Mr. Campagnano's sincerity and integrity was truly exceptional during my purchasing experience. I would like to CONGRATULATE Audi Plano on employing such competent individuals who are also genuinely attentive to your customer's all around satisfication. In addition, my signing event was equally matched by your Financial Manager, Mr. Peter Surma. He was truly a delightful and inspiring individual who's company was so pleasant, it took my mind off all the money I was signing away. I would be remiss to not also recognized Mr. Zach Price, who stayed until 1:00am with patience and a smile and Ricky Reed who was my initial contact and took the time to speak with me in detail about my concerns regarding my prior comtemptible experience at Audi Dallas where I did my original test drive with John Paul, who never brothered to call me back and left me waiting. In retrospect, JP not calling me back lead me to call Audi Plano which will be the only Audi dealership I patronize in the future due to their employees' outstanding work ethic and commitment to customer service. Please extend my sincerest appreciation and thanks to Mr. Campagnano, Mr. Surma, Mr. Price and Mr. Reed. They are each employees of the month for my car buying experience at Audi Plano.
