Really bad experience. Great car but getting it bought for cash was a real problem. I wasted two hours signing superfluous documents to qualify to see the Finance and Insurance employee, who wanted to waste another 45 minutes of my time. I walked out. The next day I got the car delivered to my house to avoid the F & I person. My salesman who delivered it was clueless
I am afraid as he put the wrong address in the gps and we wasted another 40 minutes. Then he tried to sell me a maintenance policy for $2500 by telling me that the brake job at 40,000 miles would cost $2,000.
I called my step son at Firestone who laughed and said that it would cost
one quarter of that. NICE!!!
