Genesis Healthcare Westfield Center is the best Short Term/Long Term Care facility in the area! The staff is professional and truly care about each and every patient/resident! I previously worked for hospice and had the opportunity to visit many nursing homes in Western Massachusetts. Westfield Center is hands down the best! One of the many things that stand out to me at this facility is the interaction of the Administrator and CNE, not only with the staff but with the patients and residents as well. They are both very involved with the care provided to the residents and are seen frequently on the floor ensuring everything is running smoothly. I didn t see that at other facilities in the area.

If you or your loved one is looking for extraordinary care, Westfield Center is the obvious choice!
