The negatives are, you have to prepay to make an appointment and the appointments are always about three weeks out, so don t expect an appointment soon. Also, your pet must be vaccinated. I understand their reasoning on this, but if your pet is sick and you haven t vaccinated yet, care should be provided and the vet can determine when the pet can be vaccinated after diagnosis of the pets illness. The positive of this place is their spay/neuter process. I ve been involved in TNR for many years and taken many cats to be spayed/neutered and from going with friends and family to this place, I see they run their spay/neuter process very smoothly and the costs are reasonable. Many years ago, I rescued stray kittens in Astoria and I remember their vet was so kind in caring for them (they had worms) and he was extra kind in not charging me because I rescued all the four kittens. I hope this review was helpful.
