It would have been 4 stars had it not been for how incredibly overpriced it is. I loved how the Phoenix location had such cool rooms with very different decors and environment. The room in the back with all the paintings and bright lighting definitely made me want to some day rent it out for a party. Anyways, on to the food. I had the beef stew ($17) and my friend got the Salmon ($22). We were surprised to see that his dish was literally a tiny piece of salmon with 1/8 of a bite-size potato and 2 spinach leaves. There was nothing else on the plate. The Salmon was cooked alright but the dish was incredibly expensive for really not much being served, literally. Each element was OK (not amazing ) and left the person still quite hungry and devouring the neighbors' pretzel basket. My beef stew was a little bit better, with spicy pieces of green chili, a fried egg and tasty corn bread. Granted there was only 3 small chunks of beef (hence the lower price) but at least the stew itself was a decent portion and enough to fill a small girl (me). The peanut butter foam dessert thingy was a bit too rich for me as after a few bites I didn't know what else to do with a literal soup of peanut butter cream with chocolate ice cream on top. My other friend's pretzels were tasty and the cocktail selection was ok, with some drinks being a bit too weird for my taste. All in all, this place was hit or miss on the food, and potentially not worth the pricing.
