K-tuin Very Bad !!
I do not recommend buying in K-tuin: I bought an apple watch. Once paid, the seller opens the clock box, configures it and when he calls my operator Orange to request the e-sim, the operator says that my company rate is not compatible and that the clock can not be configured correctly. Without leaving the store I request the refund and K-tuin refuses me the return claiming that the seal has been removed from the watch !. Unacceptable In Apple stores or on the Apple website this does not happen. After consulting with Apple, they would accept the return within 14 days, while k-tuin does not allow it.
I recommend therefore not to purchase products in k-tuin but directly in the apple store or on the apple website.
