I worked for Elara Caring as a Field Supervisor. Which meant loads of edits in payroll & task updates for clients/employees. There were so many glitches that I had to do extra work to make sure some of my employees were getting their full paychecks. There were also random glitches that the office people would input so that the choice phrase would pop up on the computer while we were doing updates (not funny!!). ..probably why some employees didn't get their full paychecks! there should either be a limit to the amount of power office employees have with yalls soaftware or there should be more responsible/professional employees using it because someone somewhere always had a problem especially when they went mobile app. That's my 2 cents. It may be for a good cause but the peoples using it in the office side, sure dont have the same mindset!
