I'm posting this as I sit on hold with Honda. They never answer their phone past 5:30p. I can understand that--it s close to 6pm and they want to go home! I will never buy a car from Honda again. I spent over $1000 in repairs recently and didn't even get a car wash. I purchased an oil change and didn't get a sticker in my window to notify me of my next oil change (it s always been done before). When I pulled into the garage, 6-7 employees conversed among themselves and ignored me. I guess I was a bother. (I'm still on hold, by the way.) When I first bought my Civic there, close to 10 years ago, service was A-1. Now no one seems to care. Maybe they make so much money they don t know what to do with it all? Finally, after 20 minutes, the receptionist picked up the phone, and before she could put me on hold again I explained my situation about using a 20% off coupon after the fact. She went to ask someone, returned and said someone would call me back in the morning. We ll see... Okay, it s 3:00pm the next day. Did I receive a return phone call this morning like I was promised? Of course not! So I called them and talked to the Service Advisor who had helped me the day of service and asked her if I could use my 20% coupon after the fact, seeing as I had spent $1000. Of course, she had to go ASK permission and would call me back. FOUR HRS LATER, she called and said no, they couldn t honor my coupon. Great service, Honda! GOOD RIDDANCE! Nice doing business with you. NOT!
