Feel the need to post this so y'all aren't only seeing the crazy people who get on here because of a bad experience... I love the woods! I came here from a complex that had terrible management, awful infrastructure, the works... Since I've lived here, I've been so much happier with my home. Our office staff are AMAZING like literally the best i don't know how anyone could complain about them... They're all super well-informed, kind, happy and will help you with any problem until it's fully solved and you are satisifed. Our amenities are honestly the best you can get in San Marcos for the price. Our Clubhouse and pool are unmatched. Our gym is just the right size and super nice. Maintenance has always been really fast to come help me, we even lost our remote and they dropped off a new one free of charge in a day and a half. The utility package helps so much because I only have to worry about paying one time the whole month, everything is completely covered. We have nice big windows, wood floors, and stainless steel appliances.. maybe it's just me but as a college student, what more can you really ask for? There are obviously parties here (we live in a college town guys) and that can definitely be annoying but where I used to live was wayyy worse, and we have a cop here most weeknights and every weekend night if things get too rowdy. We have a lot of parking when a ton of people aren't visiting for the weekend, and even though the river isn't technically accessible people go down there and swim, hike, walk dogs, etc all the time, it's beautiful. I love where we are in town, nothing is more than 5 minutes away and our bus definitely can be unpredictable but we are always very well informed when there are issues and I've lived here a year and only ever missed one class because of the bus being broken/late... so... not really an issue. I could go on but for time's sake I'll end there. Just felt some perspective was needed in the reviews from someone who isn't just writing out of spite. I've completely enjoyed my experience here and would highly recommend to anyone. :-) <3
