I needed a little bit more vitality and sturdiness in my already active work life and personal life. Being injury prone, I read that building strength through weight training can help, and this where I found RAW. Faiq is my personal trainer and he has patiently helped me build strength from the ground up albeit my constant complaining on how heavy everything was! After a few sessions, I already noticed how my old injuries feel much better and how I feel more padded up and secure when I go about my day working as a full-time Yoga Instructor. My running has also improved in a sense that my legs feel like they have more power and stability. One of the best things I have gotten out of my training is the extra energy I still have at the end of the day, which is priceless, really.
