Absolutely horrible service. Waiter spilt drinks on my friend and didn t apologise. One of my friends came late and was rudely denied entry into the cafe. I brought in a drink cup that I meant to throw earlier (finished) and it was taken away by the male Indian staff saying no outside drinks allowed or we have to ask you to leave . We were extremely flabbergasted and disappointed, especially after we paid so much for the food and drinks. Will not be patronising hard rock cafe in future.
