Horrible collection company. Worst customer service ever. Reps are very rude. If you by chance have no funds in your auto pay or credit card is over limit, they will no longer allow auto pay, which is a big hassle as now you have to remember to pay each month. Because of missed auto pay they will try to put you in default and void payment agreement. I sorted all out because of this issue, but months later I found out the put a lien on my house even tough they promised they would not do that because it was resolved. They admitted it was done in error, but this was a big issue for me as I could not refinance my house until the lien was removed and resolved.
