I will say that the dealerships upfront pricing and fair trade in value, made my purchase of my 2015 RAV 4, the most enjoyable experience that we have had. Jim Hayes,(salesman) understood out needs and went out of his way to accomendate our requests. We will return when we need to replace our next vehicle.
