I am absolutely amazed by the outstanding staff from the building maintenance crew, to reception, to the dining staff, to the nurses, aides, and all of the executive directors! The level of care and professionalism is like none I have ever experienced to the point where I feel as if you are all there for me and my cousin only! I know that I can call, text, email, or stop by at any moment and the response is immediate from each and every person at Ridgefield Crossings. There is nothing but smiles, patience, and an incredible amount of knowledge and experience behind each response. Being my cousin's only caregiver, I was completely overwhelmed by her health condition with dementia and all of you came through and continue to come through with the utmost concern and care for her and by extension, for me! At every turn with my cousin's condition, there was an answer and an immediate response to her needs. Everyone jumps into action and they are all happy to do so! I cannot thank you and everyone enough for these past months and I am so happy that my cousin will be at Ridgefield Crossings for the new year and beyond! It's the best place on Earth!
