Unreliable. Since Mosser took over the building management, it went downhill. We used to have a live in manager who hosed and swiped daily, cleaned the pool and took care of calling for repairs and what ever needed. We used to have gardener ever few weeks to take care plants and trees. Its been 3 years, we have 1 power wash in the hallways. They are so run down and dirty. They put a live in manager in becasue it required by law, who only there to call for emergencies, does not do any cleaning and still pay $1750 for rent. but they turnover high since who need the responsibility of the garbage and still pay rent? Now we don"t even have a live in a manager, and Ive been asking for a FOB key from the management for 10 days now, still don't have one. Ive been asking to change my garage spot for 3 years, giving me the runarounds, even thought the garage spot been opened for a while. Asking to take care of my entrance carpet,they dont want to change it.
