A very POOR customer service and communication skills. I am a first time buyer who had roof damage and knew NOTHING of this process they explained nothing properly and EXTREMLY RUDE !! I would not refer them to anyone in which my POOR realtor referred me to them. UPSET POLICY HOLDER
