I had a single room right next to a fire door. The shock that came with automatically closing this door was so intense that I could clearly feel it physically. A restful sleep was out of the question. Another room could not be made available to me, but an employee admitted that this problem was known. It is an impertinence, that such a room is offered. Incredible!
