Andover is our homeowners insurance and we have had a great experience with this company. We had our sewer line break (older home) and Andover partners with Harper Steam Boiler to help us out. Within 4 days of us reporting the incident to our insurance company, they sent us a reimbursement check. They also allowed us to use a company of our choice to do the repair. Very happy with how quickly they processed our claim. I wish they covered the preventative for the future but so glad at least the repair was covered!
