Very dissatisfied. At the conclusion of an agreement 3 numbers & C for 15 is in the confirmation email nowhere that the one-time agreement after the expiry of the 3 numbers is converted into an annual subscription. After an email from my side it is casually asserted that it does not have to be in the confirmation email!
