My girlfriend and I watched IT 2 at 7:45, 9/13/201...

My girlfriend and I watched IT 2 at 7:45, 9/13/2019, and the movie screen shut off at the end. It eventually came back on a few minutes later after having missed vital parts of the ending. When I went to inform someone at the concessions stand all they had for me was a blank stare. I asked if there was another showing so that we could catch the ending. but no. I tried calling but there is no connection line for management. I love this theater but they need to get it together.
