I attended a workshop there held by my HQ corporate. The staff to be honest were friendly, helpful and well presented. The ambiance is wonderful, as a structure and design it gives the UAE culture taste. Unfortunately the ballroom was not as good as it should be. We were able to hear the next room from time to time. I attended Confrences in hotels regularly, this was my first time I encouter such issue. As for the lunch provided it was at best acceptable. Not much variety, not much staff in the meals station avsilable and the food did not meet the expectations of the place. I would love to tray a stay there, and I hope if I attend a future conference there or if I was to organize one things would be better.
