Would strongly recommend everyone to make an appointment/complete application forms/photocopy everything that is needed/have photos taken in prior to coming to this centre. It should then be straightforward. Otherwise you could be lining up for different queues (for photocopy/photo taking/ticket) for hours. The use of the photocopier in the centre can be quite a pain and always a huge line up.
