When they have parts cataloged incorrectly and ship a part that won t fit your vehicle. There stance is well good luck. There system will not allow you to change an order like they tell you to do. Claiming it s shipped before it s anywhere close to being shipped. There email customer support send you one standard copy and paste email not addressing the problem you are having. No one answer there corporate phone number. And they stop and seeing email and even Facebook messages. Leaving me no option but to dispute the charges with the credit card company.
