Security guard is rude and is unhelpful. Would rather sit in his chair than help those who don't know how to use touchscreen computer. Not everyone is computer literate so get up and be useful. One customer was hard of hearing and office personal just stared at him and commented on whether or not to walk off instead of going to him and asking and guard just laughed and kept sitting down. These people are useless.
