Kudos to the service department. We were traveling from Maine to Massachusetts when the check engine light came on. I called Guy Rowe in Holyoke to see if there was any chance the could check the car. They said they were booked solid but would find a way to fit me in. I drove the car there from Northampton (by the way Country Hyundai in Northampton would not help and said I would have to wait until next week!). When I arrived Patrick in service greeted me and even took time talk to me about my travels and my home state of Maine. Patrick found a way to get my car checked and they were able to fix the problem... At no charge and they even vacuumed and washed the car! Amazing and awesome service. Way to go Patrick and Guy Rome Hyundai. You helped me out and really cared! You're the best! Thanks again!
