This place is a disaster. I wrote several emails and left several messages that went unreturned. Even when I talked to people who were going to "look into" why my credit wasn't showing up on my bill, they never called me back. I had to get my title company involved and they too had trouble getting calls returned. I FINALLY (4 months after I moved in) got my fist ALMOST accurate bill and it's included with a threat to place a lien on my house. I don't know how much of my HOA fees go to this place but whatever it is, it's too much. Stay clear of these people.

In Response to their response: This was on no one but your company. It wasn't about erasing debt, it was poor bookkeeping and communication on your part. I had the correct numbers, the title company had the right numbers, the realtor had the right numbers. You guys had it wrong and took 4 months to figure that out. Try returning a phone call or two and maybe you won't have so many upset customers.
