Your storytellers out at the front were funny and entertaining, however they should not all disappear at the same time as it was confusing trying to figure out where to stop our vehicle/need clearer signs for where to stop. Staff at front desk (Amelia I believe her name was) was extremely helpful and super friendly with checking me in. Rooms were very nicely finished and clean. Nice, clean and cosy. Would stay again if i'm ever in Auckland.
