Well first off they should train their staff on how to issue tickets when you pay through fandango.. They had me go back and forth from the ticket window to guest services 3 times making me late for my movie, which I payed for 4 hours prior. When I got to the window they were still selling tickets there (I personally seen 4 seperate parties purchase tickets for the same movie I was seeing) just to find people standing in the isle in an over packed, extremely hot theatre with no seats left.. So it begs the question do they even keep track of seats/tickets?? When do they consider it sold out? It was father's day and my son was looking forward to seeing the incredibles 2 all week. Well sorry son, I guess we'll try again next weekend at a different theatre.
