There's been a few times I've called to talk to someone higher than anyone at McAuliffe when I've had an issue I want to discuss to see what is there to do to resolve it I either get transferred or every time I get told oh I'm sorry your going to have to talk to the principal at the school your children go to there's nothing we can do about that! Like really!?!
