I am very disappointed in having to give only two stars. I had high expectations due to the adverage ratings for this company. I was impressed how quick Shane got back to me when it came to providing an estimate and fitting me into their schedule although it was not confirmed when they would be showing up. Unfortunately, not all of the grass on our lot was mowed. There are places that were not mowed at all as well as patches of grass unmowed (moving to quick and not paying attention). Edging didn't happen at all and I grass clippings were not cleaned up. I called Shane and left a voicemail mentioning my concerns and I have yet to hear anything back. I was hoping to hear something back by now. I really wish I could recommend this company but sadly I advise you to stay away.

Update- (4-12-17)
Today they showed up announced but did a much better job. I still have yet to hear from Shane though. Today's work goes to show me that this company can do quality work when they want to. I am thankful they came back to fix the problem (I'm assuming that's what they were trying to accomplish) but I asked for them not to show back up.
